YUM, blood
Had a blood test this morning, 5 lovely deep red tubes of my precious blood, to check for diabetes, coeliac or kidney problems, YAY.
Was horrible. Arm was sore and weak all day. Had to miss training, am now in bed feeling sorry for myself. It just hit me like a brick shit house.
I had been fasting for it so I already low energy and sugar levels and THEN they took my lovely blood. Was all faint and week for a solid hour. Man I suck.
Physically I am tough, but something like that just destroys me. Have a booful purple mark on my arm now.
